Happy New Year to all
If you made your New Year's Resolution to learn how to make cheese, you have made a fun choice and it fits in with mine.
I'm only making one New Year's Resolution. I want to post more consistently on my cheese blog. Therefore, I'm planning to start a series called "So you want to make cheese". I'll include things I wish I knew when I started, and reviews of products I've purchased to make cheese. I intend to start next Sunday Jan. 9, 2011 and post a new article every Sunday after that.
I have already started writing the articles and have the first four ready to publish. They are all short and not to technical and I'll encourage you to post questions in the comments area. I'll try to answer those I can and find the answers to the ones I don't know. Or if you have a particular topic you'd like see me address, I'll consider your ideas.
